It’s natural for people to be guided by their personal perspectives which can be limiting sometimes.

Occasionally we get irritated by the reactions of others because we are not aware of how we come across ourselves.
In extreme cases we may find ourselves in situations when we do not have an adequate response to disagreements and conflicts of interest.
These situations can offer opportunities to discover unexpected strengths and to find out what impression we make on others.

My coaching approach is to accompany clients as they develop new perspectives and sustainable solutions.

My sessions are suitable for decision makers, reportees, as well as entire teams.

For managers, this often involves reflecting on their role and developing strategies to further improve on communications and conflict resolution.

Together we can work out issues including:

• What resources are available to you?
• Are there strengths and assets that you were not aware of?
• What might the solutions look like?

We will be making use of tools including a compass of strengths.
