I have always enjoyed exploring what makes people tick and why we all sometimes fail to communicate properly with each other.

The desire to understand different types of people and their specific interests and needs has taught me to speak many „languages“.

Many situations in life, privately and professionally, showed me that a combination of a subtle sense of humor and lightness as well as an orientation for solutions and an overview of all perceptions involved can be helpful when it gets to conflicts and misunderstandings.

For many years now, I have been working with people who want to shift their focus away from problems towards solutions when dealing with challenging situations or conflicts, and who want to discover their strengths. And I would love to pass these experiences on to you.
