conflicts

Corporate diversity is obviously a requisite for adapting to a rapidly changing world. At the same time, it can be disruptive to reach a consensus if that involves getting valuable views from a variety of perspectives.
Conflicts are more likely to escalate in times of transformational developments, uncertainty or high workloads.
Such developments can also be catalysts for positive change.

Develop new ways of working and direct individual performances to get from cacophony to harmony and resolve conflicts.
Moderation/Workshops
For teams to flourish it is essential to collaborate on relevant themes, both on a personal level, and in terms of subject matter.
Moderation and Workshops offer a suitable environment to support teams to grow together, make better use of existing resources and jointly develop strategies for improved collaboration.
Let’s discuss in a personal conversation which structure could be adequate for your needs.
Moderation/Mediation for specific conflicts
Occasionally it is helpful to get an external mediator to facilitate the process of resolving personal issues.
The mediator`s role is to encourage all participants to get involved both in giving their opinions and listening to the other participants. The process itself is highly effective in resolving conflicts.
As a trained mediator, I have years of experience in resolving conflicts for entire teams, as well as for individuals.
